Welcome! You are about to take an online Needs Assessment survey. We need your responses to help design the programs that will be offered for years to come at our region's exciting new business-education partnership: Southeastern Early College and Career Academy (SECCA).
SECCA is a charter school that may legally serve high school students from the public school systems in Candler, Emanuel, Jenkins, Johnson, Montgomery, Tattnall, Toombs and Treutlen counties and Vidalia City. SECCA also serves adults. So far, only the Boards of Education of Montgomery, Toombs, Treutlen and Vidalia City have chosen to partner by approving the SECCA charter, but because Southeastern Technical College (STC) started the charter (as the legal petitioner to the state of Georgia), every district in STC's service area is allowed to become part of this partnership.
For that reason, this survey is open to all employers in STC's service area. No matter how many employees you have (from just you to thousands), we want to know what kind of workforce you need now and what you think you will need in the future.
